We apologize if you are missing an item from your order, please report any missing items to our customer services team at contact.ng@theuntamed.com within 24 hours from receiving the package. Please specify the name and number of the missing item(s) and send a photo of your box sticker label.
If there is any noticeable damage to the parcel box please send our team any images of this.
Upon recieving if the parcel, if you can see any damage please check the contents inside before signing/accepting the parcel to ensure you have received all of your items.
